The golf clubs featured in the photographs are all genuine vintage pieces, generously lent by golfer friends. Each one has its own history and comes from a different collection. Some date back several decades, while a few were even purchased from a museum in Scotland in the 1990s. They are not props or reproductions, but rare, historic clubs that have been carefully collected and preserved over the years. The vintage golf cart has a story of its own. While Pestovo naturally has its own club fleet, this particular cart belongs to the private collection of close friends, who lent it especially for the shoot.

More than anything, the couple wanted the photographs to capture a place that genuinely means something to them. After so many years spent at Pestovo, the club has become far more than simply a location. It is a familiar world, filled with people they know, memories they share and a strong sense of belonging. The team at Pestovo welcomed the idea of the shoot with warmth and enthusiasm, lending pieces from personal collections, helping throughout the process and becoming part of the story themselves. That is what makes these photographs particularly meaningful. Almost everything seen in them carries a history, a personal connection and a story of its own.

Their wedding will take place in London this September, making the decision to capture this part of their story at Pestovo before the celebration feel even more significant.
